1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Choose the desired quantity and the shade/size if applicable, then click on “Add to Shopping Bag”. You will be invited to create an account or check out as a guest. Simply follows the screens through until you receive confirmation that the transaction has been accepted.

Product unavailable:
Among the CandyGoth products you can purchase online, a product may temporarily be unavailable. In this event, go to the contact page and send us a message with  ‘Notify me’ as the title. In the body of the message give us the name of the product and you will be notified when it’s back in stock.

2. WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal  & Partial.ly. All payments are done on a secure page and we do not store your card details nor share your information with any third parties.

3. CAN I PAY WITH OTHER CURRENCY?

All our prices are in American USD but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank will deduct the amount equal to your order-total automatically. 

4. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Contact us if you live in a remote area before you order. 

5. CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT’S SHIPPED?

Unfortunately we cannot amend orders or shipping addresses, once the order has reached processing. 

6.CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order if it has reached the processing phase. Depending on the items ordered processing could begin in hours or days. Contacting us is the best way to see if we can cancel an order.
