US SHIPPING 

CandyGoth.com ships via UPS or USPS to US addresses. UPS shipping is not available for orders being shipped to APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. We consider standard shipping to be based on the delivery times below regardless of the carrier (UPS or USPS). Shipping times are an estimate based on whether we have existing stock of the item(s) ordered or if the wire center needs to have a new batch of the product(s) made. For this reason processing is estimated to take between 7-10 business days from the date of your order. If we receive your order on a holiday or after 5pm, the next business day will be considered the date of your order. If a new batch does not need to be made then your processing time would take less than the estimated 7-10 business days.

Order Steps:

1. Processing: 7-10 business days.
2. Pre-Shipment: 1-2 business days. Your order is ready for shipment and we are waiting for the carrier to pickup the order. We will email you at this stage with your shipment and tracking details.
3. Shipment: 2-3 days (the carriers will delivery on a Saturday)

Our estimated shipping time of 15 days for standard shipping may seem a long time for some customers and we understand that. But we carry a large catalog of cosmetic items in various shades and formulas. Our products are always fresh as we do not keep a large stock of exisiting cosmetics to ensure that you are getting the freshest products possible. If we do not have to have a new batch of the products you have ordered made then you will receive your order much earlier. The time given above is to ensure that your delivery expectations are in line with what we are able to provide.

*All APO, FPO and PO Box orders have a $7.99 delivery cost (Free with any $150 Order) and will be shipped via Standard Mail. P.O. Box delivery time is 10-15 days and APO/FPO delivery time is 4-6 weeks. **Due to the global impact of COVID-19, our current processing time for new orders is up to 15 business days. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

CandyGoth.com ships via UPS or USPS to international addresses. Most international orders will be shipped through UPS. We require longer processing times for international orders. Make sure to review the chart below to have an idea of when you will receive your order.

ZONE 1 (CANADA, MEXICO & AUSTRALIA & EUROPE)

ZONE 2 (EVERYWHERE ELSE)

*Free shipping is given up to $24.99, if your shipping price is higher than $24.99. You will be billed for the difference at checkout.*

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES: 

(If you have any questions regarding international shipping and the rates, feel free to contact us. My purpose for the long explanation below is to make sure you understand our international shipping rates. We are only able to offer the base international shipping fee, when a vendor/or our warehouse is local to you.)

This is where international users are going to love us or hate us, as honesty is not always taken very well. I want to be very transparent regarding the cost of shipping internationally to the users of this site. As a company we do not make any money off of the shipping rates we charge. We simply want to be refunded for the amount of money we pay to ship the product to you.

Because our follower base is international, I did not want to launch the site and state that we could only ship in the United States until further notice. Instead we do ship internationally and some of our clothing vendors are in Europe.

1. The base international shipping price is $15.99, this covers a lot of our clothing, shoes and pop culture products.
2. Products that we store in our warehouse such as CandyGoth Cosmetics, Alchemy products, etc. We have to ship these from USA, as we have not setup a warehouse in Europe yet. We plan to setup our first warehouse in Hamburg, Germany. As soon as it’s up and running, then we will be able to lower the international shipping fees. Until then please pay attention to the information provided in this section.
3. $15.99 is the base international shipping fee. Certain classes of items carry a higher shipping charge. This higher shipping charge is not based on the price or weight of the item. Instead it is based on the cheapest international shipping rate we are able to get. At this time that rate is about $35-$39 to ship to the countries listed in Zone 1. I have chosen to keep it at $35.99, if your order includes items that increase the shipping rate to $35.99 it will be added once you put your address on the cart or checkout page.
4. Whenever the international shipping rates decrease we will adjust our shipping rates on the site.
5. For Zone 1 customers $35.99 will be the most you will pay for shipping, it does not matter how many items you place in the cart that come from our US warehouse.
6. For Zone 2 customers your base shipping price is $24.99, if the products you order are being filled by our US warehouse. It will cost $44.99 to ship internationally, we can deliver to most places. But if you live in a remote area, it would be best to contact us before you place your order. In this case we can make sure we are able to ship to you. Also, should the international rates decrease to ship, we will lower the rates.

BUSINESS DAYS:

Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 2 PM Central Standard Time (CST) to be sent to processed on the same business day. *It takes 3-7 days for the order to be processed (normally it would take 1-3 business days, but due to covid we have extended it for now).* Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Standard Shipping Charges apply. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands take 4 to 6 weeks. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout.” International orders, standard shipping charges apply and orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME FRAME*

It’s important to keep the order processing time frame in mind to make sure you know when to expect your items to be delivered. We have been very careful in stating the processing and shipping time frames on our site. We do this to make sure that each customer understands how long it could take to receive order. The order processing time relates to how long it will take us to get your order ready to ship. It would normally take us 1-3 business days to process your order, but due to Covid 19 we have extended it to 3-7 business days.When we finish processing your order you will receive a email with the tracking number and estimated delivery date.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) include aerosols and alcohol-based products and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments we offer ground shipping only at $7.95.

Our express shipping carrier is UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. APO and PO Box orders will be shipped Standard or DHS shipping. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses takes 4–6 weeks. Standard shipping charges will apply.
